Cut out any during the day sessions no matter how minimal.  Then next I would cut the morning, then finally the just before bedtime one.  Do these gradually and you shouldn't have much pain or...

i would cut out daytime feedings totally use the don't offer, don't refuse.  then cut out the morning feeding.  lastly i would do the nighttime feeding.  I think I dropped a feeding every 3-4...

Way to go on 15 months!  Gradual weaning is the best.  It may take you a little longer than your plans, but is so much more comfy!  Here's some reading for you
